About CONRAD CARE INC.,

At the height of the COVID pandemic, when the world seemed to shut down, Conrad Care was established with a mission to help people navigate the challenges of the pandemic. We aimed to reduce loneliness and ensure access to the care needed for individuals to maintain their independence at home. Our focus is on empowering older adults to remain in their homes and communities as they age, thereby avoiding the need for assisted living or institutional settings.

We also enable individuals with disabilities to maintain independence, safety, and a high quality of life in their familiar environments. While the pandemic may be over, our journey is just beginning.

Conrad Care Inc. is quickly becoming the leading provider of home care and home health services in Illinois. Every day, hundreds of our caregivers visit clients to deliver essential services, allowing them to enjoy greater freedom in their daily lives.

We are rapidly expanding our reach across the entire state of Illinois and currently serve clients in Cook, Will, DuPage, Lake, Kane, and McHenry counties.
